After Jean and Brian were married in an intimate ceremony in front of their closest friends and family, they moved out to the front of the Morris House to enjoy cocktails and mingle. The chef at Morris House grilled right on the patio, and the staff passed yummy drinks and food to all of their guests while the Remixologists played some cocktail tunes in the background. Jean and Brian decided to stay a few words to their guests before we headed back into the flipped ceremony space for dinner. Along the way, guests picked up their escort cards and had an opportunity to drop a note in the anniversary wine bottles. Each bottle was labeled with a year, and their plan is that on each of those years they will open up the bottle and read the notes that their loved ones wrote for them on their wedding day!
As guests entered back into the reception space they were greeted by long tables with beautiful floral runners from Cottage Flowers. Jean’s vision was to host her guests in an English garden and Heather really pulled off the look perfectly. The dinner was delicious, the speeches were so well delivered and their guests danced all night long until they were led outside to send the bride and groom off with sparklers! Thank you again to all of the amazing wedding professionals for their contributions to this incredible day and enjoy these great pictures from Lindsay Docherty Photography.
